Need to go to Jhan at 25, 10, 0 in Andala and go all the way to the western portion of Jhan. Before you do this next part, you need to realize that the avatar of Kali (brown human) roams in this area. She is friendly to non-hero type characters that have not initiated combat on her, but is unfriendly to all others. She is extremely difficult to defeat so great care needs to be taken to avoid her if she is aggressive towards you. "Search altar" and open sarcophagus to find the letter ("vellum scroll"). Once you open the sarcophagus though, Key-Atemi the mummy will be released. Defeat Key-Atemi, grab the letter from the sarcophagus, and "enter basin" in order to get back out.
