[ Requirements to Invoke : ] worships Tolmet or have a total of theology skill and torture skill of 45 or higher

[ General Information  : ] Tolmet has been known to provide special weaponry and accelerated reflexes, and, in combat, to bring her particular sphere of influence to bear against foes.
