    The rune vynlari can disrupt a living creature's connection with the planar fabric,
teleporting it to an essentially random location.  If desired, it can even be used on
oneself.  Used on others, it must overcome their natural resistance to such
manipulations.  A target may be given as a specification; otherwise one's current
opponent is targeted.  Both physical bulk and willpower aid a subject in resisting being
teleported, and a target's resistance to magick is a particularly difficult obstacle to
overcome.
