This is a smooth ilianara cloak with fine silver thread stitched in a thin, flowing pattern at all of its seams. A small rune resembling a stylized feather is stitched into the pattern where the left collar turns into the hood. The collar has extra material so that it can be bunched up around the lower face in the manner of a scarf or, adding the hood, a shemagh. This is Aislynn's cloak, a variant of the Vanyar traveling cloaks that has been reinforced with powerful protective magicks "borrowed" from Wikspisk's kineitids. The quality of its craftsmanship is exquisite. It is permeated by a vivid shimmering radiance. You estimate its value at about six hundred forty gold.
