Summary: Enchant a gemstone into an Ioun Stone

This advanced enchantment allows initiated magi of Ordo Purus Magicae to transform a raw gemstone into an Ioun Stone using the brainstem of a pegasus as a component.  Successfully casting this spell causes the provided brainstem to disintegrate.

Knowledge Requirement: have at least 400 points among 80% of having the thaumaturgy skill, 80% of having the enchantment skill, 65% of having the ergiphrasty skill, and 50% of having the metaphysics skill
