This is a female half-elf with tan skin, brown hair, and green eyes. Fflera is a relatively young half-elf at 100 years old. She is only average height, but a piercing glint of intelligence leads you to think that she always carries the upper hand in any negotiation she becomes involved in. This intelligence and her calm, easy going manner, warn you not to expect any easy deals in her shop. She looks about seventeen and a half dimins tall, five and two fifths dimins wide and one and seven twentieths dimins long. She is in good shape and is giving off light. Her right arm and right hand are each marked by a scar. She wields a mithril dagger in her right hand. You find a weakness in Fflera's chest.

Fflera is a young half-elf shopkeeper in Fort Shantaari. Although she has little knowledge of events outside of the fort, she prides herself on getting the better of her customers.
