Fulmaris

This is a female slaan with indigo skin and brown eyes. She is a lithe, lanky individual with a way of moving that transitions suddenly from stillness to rapid, purposeful motion and back again. You recognize her as Fulmaris, a prominent Ringwielder. She wanders the land for mysterious purposes, and some whisper of atrocities found in her wake.

She is riding the black darad shi mare.

She looks about fourteen and a half dimins tall, four and three tenths dimins wide and one and a tenth dimins long.

She wields an iltarix in her right claw and an orange-and-red flamra dagger in her left claw.

She wears a small black leather trenchcoat around her body, a small iron light mail hauberk on her body, a small lightning amulet around her neck and a small sapphire-set gold ring on her right claw.

You know this small sapphire-set gold ring for a Ring of Power created by Ahrikol, Lord of the Rings, Master of the Ringwielders, to both enslave and empower his chosen servants and help spread his dominion across the world. The quality of its craftsmanship is exquisite. The polished surface of its gold band is etched with a whole bunch of strange, mystical runes, resembling these diagrams:

Aside from the runes, the smooth surface is without mark or blemish. You estimate its value at about one thousand two hundred eighty gold. It is in perfect condition.

It is small in size, and looks just about right to fit you. It appears to you as if it was crafted for a slaan. It looks about a twentieth of a dimin across and a tenth of a dimin around. It weighs very little.
