Summary: Launch a magical dart

The simplest offensive spell in the arsenal of Ordo Purus Magicae initiates is the magick dart.  It is weak, but does not require a lot of energy to cast.

Knowledge Requirement: have at least 80 points among 100% of having the thaumaturgy skill, 70% of having the bellerophrasty skill, and 50% of having the evocation skill
