[ Usage      : ] cast minor melioration [<on target>]

[ Effect     : ] When minor melioration is cast, the target's
                 wounds will begin gradually but rapidly
                 healing, eventually reaching a modest
                 degree of restoration.   If a target is not
                 supplied, the caster becomes the target.  A
                 given subject can only benefit from one
                 melioration effect at a time.
