    This is an umbrella made of sky blue scithial.  The quality of its craftsmanship is exquisite. 
This umbrella was made by Padlim, a Frater Zephyrius Mutatoris, who somehow remolded the material
of his robe of the skies and further enchanted it to suit his spellcasting preferences.  It bears
the rune of the skies, a bird-shaped rune often used by Ordo Zephyrius Mutatoris.  It bears the
rune of the storm, a lightning-bolt-shaped rune often used by Ordo Zephyrius Mutatoris.  It is
permeated by a dim blue-white radiance and a dim shimmering radiance.
