[ Effect     : ] The spell Prophylaxis blesses the recipient with
                 a purifying essence that makes them more resistant
                 to disease, with respect to both acquiring diseases
                 and fighting off any they presently have or later
                 acquire, for a considerable length of time.  If a 
                 target is not supplied, it defaults to the caster.
