This is a headless quadrupedal creature apparently made of dozens or hundreds of mithril blades that continually mesh together and
spread apart as it moves.  Its body is very rounded, giving it the appearance of a barrel on legs.  You recognize it as a scyrotos
catacaustis.  Scyrotoi catacaustides contain a reservoir of powerfully caustic alkaline fluid within themselves, which they employ
profusely in combat.
