This is a headless anthropoid creature apparently made of dozens or hundreds of steel blades that continually mesh together and
spread apart as it moves.  In place of hands, it has a pair of massive, curving, scythe-like blades.  You recognize it as a scyrotos
therys.  Scyrotoi therydaes are powerful, agile opponents, wielding their blade-hands to lethal effect.
