The ability to speak and comprehend Thari, sometimes called the One Tongue,
a strange and beautiful language spoken by such esoteric beings as the Chaosborn
and Amberites.  Scraps of text supposedly in this tongue can be found in some
arcane tomes, and some of the more magickally-oriented among the Young Races may
have seen enough of these to recognize the language when they come across it.
