This is an amorphous mass of water that continously flows and ripples in a disturbing manner. Occasionally, rings of water ripple outward across it like a pebble disturbing a pond. A distorted reflection of its surroundings continuously shifts across its surface You recognize it as a water elemental, a potent spirit of one of the fundamental elements of the universe. It appears to be composed of a vivid auroric radiance. It has a tracery of sparkling light within and around it. It looks about nine and a fifth dimins across. It is in good shape.
