Can be consumed to provide a surge of energy into its corresponding chakra (causes Spiritual Disjunction if consumed without order favor)
One is known to spawn periodically in hanoma.
Otherwise they are extremely rare randomload only.
Orange ones in particular are used to complete a quest.
