Familiar

This is a female fish with golden scales and pale blue eyes. She floats
lazily in the air without an apparent care in the world. You recognize her as
an imaginary fish, a species of thought, whimsy or fever-dream given
    substance.
She looks about one and a tenth dimins across and two and a quarter dimins
    spiss.
   She is in good shape.

They're small, intangible, have wingless flight and have a small variety of attacks including an attack that seems to change based upon the fish's skills and a blob of ectoplasm, as well as their mouth, which does magick damage. They also have at least one point of astral perception innately. They come in a number of colors, including golden and prismatic, as well as in rare cases, double rainbow, and even rarer, chaotic.

You imagine what it would be like to have a deep bond with something, and
you feel a distinct echo from within it.
You experience feelings of reverie, inattention, pleasantness, and
    whimsicality.

Ralnos notes: Need someone to update the above imagined bond, I was blind when I did it.

Bonding Requirements

Some mixture of Imagination and Introspection, although Poetry may play a part.
Ralnos whispers: I did it with 118 imagination and 66 introspection. Easy stuff when you know what to do.

Charms

  • Standard Charms
  • Social Charms
  • Sovereign over their own kind.
  • The ability to lapse into a protective reverie. This transforms incoming attacks into a form that is less damaging. To do this, imagine that the world is benign. To end the effects of this charm, concentrate on waking from my reverie.
  • The ability to manifest the fears of others. This transforms your attacks into a form to which your opponents will be more susceptible. To do this, imagine myself as a nightmarish force. To end the effects of this charm, concentrate on forgiving the world's terrors.
  • Note: The ability to manifest the fears of others and the ability to lapse into a protective reverie are mutually-incompatible, and cannot be contemporaneously active until the consort gains the nooparallelism trait.
  • Starsee
  • Intangibility (At Very Deep)
