Vile as the concept is, it is possible for a shoggoth to grow a psionic lobe that facilitates direct perception of ghaa'ghu emotions. This lobe is called a ghurk-voivog. Obviously, it can only be ng'flgath as an ancillary lobe to a hurgkthorg.
