If wandering in the orc village, a bone amulet is advisable. This can be found in the local temple and is achieved by killing the high priest. When wearing this amulet, the fierce orcs will do nothing to harm you. -- Alkanen, Lorien 12, 763

The orcs will let you pass, but the wargs are not so easily fooled by mere accessories. Things will just go downhill from there, so don't spend too long hanging around the crafty beasts. -- Shinichi, Gettrellyn 19, 566

It's not smart to go into Togrek unarmed and unarmoured and attack only one person; the guards come during the combat. Also, don't underestimate dumb people in very large groups.

Sincerely, Elenor, the Woman of a Thousand Forms -- Elenor, Teliminus 11, 781
