Upon the outer plane of Lakan, strange and deadly realm of lightnings, stands a great edifice. Seek insight into the workings of energies by visiting and standing in contemplation of its nature.

You can enter Lakan by way of Exoma or in River Tethys at 16,1,1 (Alcove with crackling field of lightning).
