During his living years, Tharakil was a minister at the temple of
Devonshire and the leader of the Devonshire clerics.  He also served
faithfully as the counselor for Lord Thalask, and was constantly in conflict
with Azurax, who thought that man can only be suppressed under the rule of an
iron fist.  Until his recent 'awakening', Tharakil was buried along with the
other members of the council deep in the heart of the Devonshire catacombs.  
   He looks about eighteen dimins tall, five and thirteen twentieths dimins
   wide, and one and two fifths dimins front to back.
