Show Specialty Points

   Incarnos-Only Skill Display
   Usage: show specialty points

   Displays the status of your specialty points.  For each of your
attributes, you will be shown the total number of points you have available
for skills based on that attribute, the number of those which you have
assigned to specialties, the number of points which you cannot presently use
because they are suspended, and the final number of available points you have.
