Bonding
Bonding a Pegasus is fairly simple: a good amount of empathy is required (and perhaps some leadership as well).
You imagine what it would be like to have a deep bond with the black-winged roan pegasus mare, and you feel a distinct echo from within her. You experience feelings of empathy, leadership, majesty, and wanderlust. You experience visions of wide, cloud-strewn skies.

Large Charisma boost (100% bond strength)
Moderate Willpower boost (50% bond strength)
Small Dexterity and Constitution boosts (25% bond strength)
Skills
Pegasus Verynvelyrae get a large amount of spec access to Leadership (began at max spec of 9 and grew to 11 by "somewhat frail" bond strength)
