Exhale
Proper breathing (for those that breathe with lungs or something similar) is a crucial part of meditation. This form will actualizes a portion of one's breath in an external form, as a shirt, that aids with breath control and bodily self-control in general.
Like all Aligned armour manifestations, it will last either until banished or until one no longer has the order energy to maintain it. To banish a hat, concentrate on returning the form within it to a potential state.
