The ability to speak and comprehend the Xhax language. Xhax is primarily spoken
by the race of dragons, as well as their lesser kin, the dracon and zuth. In the
days of the Istax Empire it was much more widespread; the Istax Empire was composed
of sleklith, dracon, and zuth, as well as the mysterious, now-vanished s'tali. The
language of the empire was the Assarith tongue, still recognized by most of the
peoples who made up Istax but spoken fluently by few yet living. Xhax is a harsh and
dissonant language with considerable subtlety of tone and inflection, making it rather
difficult to master; few not born to it make the effort.
