The psionic skill of altering the minds and bodies of living creatures. The underlying basis of this is their own capacity for self-change, with the psionic influence directing and amplifying that capacity, often driving it far beyond its normal bounds. One of the most common uses of redaction is in healing, but it is also used to harm and to control.
