Bonding Requirements

The failure message implies that some torture skill is required - indeed this worked with 65 torture skill in one case - but 36 torture is insufficient by itself. Since Verynvelyrae forbids any degree of torture specialization, even if granted by some association that provides access (e.g. the Maidens of the Spear), the skill simply cannot be specialized while a character is in the guild. Since it cannot be specialized, it cannot go over 40. Either the requirement is closer to 40 or even beyond, or there there is some other combination of skills that qualify a consort that is unknown at this time.

Known Abilities

The panther is a dangerous predatory feline, a very capable combatant with its claws and teeth. It breathes air, has a carnivorous diet, and can see in the dark.
