Petting the familiar

   You pet Saber with your right hand.
   You sense invigorating energies flowing from Saber's body into your spirit.

This increases the air resistance, crushing resistance, cutting resistance, earth affinity, piercing resistance and sonic resistance skills slightly.

Attribute Modifications

The lion grants its consort bonuses to strength, constitution, willpower and charisma.

Charms

Initially the tiger grants the following charms:

• Convert spiritual energy into elemental earth energy.

   You link your anthropic mind with Saber's animal one.
   Both your red eyes and Saber's hazel eyes glow fiercely for a brief moment.
   A halo of sparkling astral light emerges from your body, fades into earthy hues, and finally reimmerses into you.
   You feel your spiritual energy being drained into your reserves of elemental earth energy.

Lion familiars open and charge the Muladhara (red) chakra

Special Combat Maneuvers

Immediatlely on bonding, the consort gains the Rend special attack. This axe attack uses elemental earth energy and uses strength heavily in determining it's attack rating.

   Perform Rend
   Empathic Bonds Maneuver
   Usage: perform rend [at <target>]
   Channel the power of the earth into an opponent via a blow with an axe.

   Perform Grind
   Empathic Bonds Maneuver
   Usage: perform grind [at <target>]
   Channel the force of the earth into an opponent via a blow with an axe, with the intention of stunning him and knocking him off balance.

Traits granted
