Bonding
Bonding a Pegasus is fairly simple: a good amount of empathy is required (and perhaps some leadership as well).
Attributes
Large Charisma boost
Moderate Willpower boost
Small Dexterity and Constitution boosts.
Skills
Pegasus Verynvelyrae get a large amount of spec access to Leadership (began at max spec of 9 and grew to 11 by "somewhat frail" bond strength)
