Skill Template for Skill Trainers

Description

Displays a link to the skill and any limitations (group-specific, numerical limits) and adds the skill trainer category to the page. May eventually implement section transclusion hooks for things like pulling skill limitations into the skill page if LSWiki gets the ability.

Syntax
