    A Wandslinger of who has taken twenty-five steps towards his ka can, once every three hours,
focus his consciousness in a fashion that makes his wand attacks (and any closely related effects)
tremendously more deadly for a brief period of time.  The method used to achieve this focus is the
Wandslinger Litany, a ritual formulation designed to remind the Wandslinger of the most important
principles of his calling.
