Perform Wandslinger Focus

 Usage: perform Wandslinger focus
 Requirement to Use: have a total of telesmatic weapon skill, quest points, 40% of
   arcane lore skill, 50% of courage skill and 50% of intimidation skill of 200 or
   higher
 Typical Activity Cost: 30

A Wandslinger of sufficiently developed abilities can, once every day, focus his consciousness in a fashion that makes his wand attacks (and any closely related effects) tremendously more deadly for a brief period of time. The method used to achieve this focus is the Wandslinger Litany, a ritual formulation designed to remind the Wandslinger of the most important principles of his calling.
