Command: Whisper
General-Use Command Usage: whisper <message> [to <person> [and <person>...]] [in <language>]
Whispers a message to one or more people only. The people you want to whisper to must be present.
Examples: whisper Hi there! to Bill
whisper There's a dragon coming! to orc in Angrak
whisper Who are you? to <black-armoured figure>
whisper So what do you think of this guy? to Bob and Jim in Anglic
whisper Is everyone here? to Tom, Dick and Harry
