Bonding Requirements

The failure message implies that some torture skill is required - indeed this worked with 65 torture skill in one case - but 35 torture is insufficient by itself. Since Verynvelyrae forbids any degree of torture specialization, even if granted by some association that provides access (e.g. the Maidens of the Spear), the skill simply cannot be specialized while in the guild. There must be some other combination of skills that qualify a consort, but they are unknown at this time.
