concentrate on ceasing to surround myself with a shroud of ice

Effects

When activated, this charm provides a large bonus to constitution, as well as bonuses to the skills resilience, steadiness, pain tolerance, and possibly others. It also grants a contact aura that inflicts cold damage to the limbs of attackers that hit.
