Note: for me he required an orange wheel lotus. not sure if its always orange now though. If you give him the wrong color, he will keep it and give you nothing for your trouble.

He's in the Hanoma bar. NI from 1,0 in Hanoma. Say "sai" or "lotus" in the Kyotsugo and he'll tell you what he wants.

Wheel lotuses can be found, once per load, in the pond where the Attuned attune, and randomly in the inventory of Gekin the Market Coordinator, Hanoma's general store operator.

Giving A Lotus To Hiroto

You give an orange wheel lotus to Hiroto with your right hand.

You see Hiroto say something you cannot hear in a language you don't recognize.

Hiroto gives you forty-three thousand fifty-eight gold coins with his right hand.

You drop a humongous mountain of gold coins.

Hiroto smiles at Sai.

Hiroto says, 'This is for you, of course.' to Sai in Kyotsugo.

Hiroto gives an orange wheel lotus to Sai with his right hand.

Sai flashes a dangerously confident smile at Hiroto and seductively places the orange wheel
lotus on her tongue.

Sai eats her orange wheel lotus.

A circle of sparkling orange light shines through the midsection of Sai's dark green silk dress.

Sai indeed looks yet more beautiful.
