Magical cloaks that imbue the wearer with the ability to form magical wings.

Come in 5 standard magnitudes, Minor, Lesser, Major?, Greater, Great. (actually I'm not sure I've ever seen a medium one).
imagine a pair of wings to activate the wings.
Gives some amount of air affinity while worn.
probably other bonuses.
Great ones add a magick/air discharge attack.
