Magical cloaks that imbue the wearer with the ability to form magical wings.

This is a cloak made of violet gold and airy silk.  The quality of its craftsmanship is exquisite.  You recognize this as a cloudcloak, so named for its ability to transform a part of itself into wings for its wearer.  These cloaks have been observed to blast the wearer's opponent with powerful air energies.  It has a tracery of blue-white radiance, a tracery of shimmering radiance, and a webwork of opalescent radiance within and around it.  You estimate its value at about five thousand five hundred fifty gold.  You are wearing it.  
   It is slightly scratched.  
   It is intermediate in size, and looks just about right to fit you.  It looks less than a twentieth of a dimin long, about ten dimins wide, and about thirteen and a half dimins tall.  It weighs about three dekans.
