The ability to speak and comprehend the Anglic language.  Anglic is 
the most commonly spoken language in the world of Lost Souls; the 
majority of humans and races derived from humans speak it as their 
native tongue, and it has become a sort of common language between 
peoples.  Some peoples that frequently speak Anglic as their native 
tongue are humans, half-elves, kender, muls, 
and advenus.
