   This is a portly and stout lightly-tanned-skin-coated male merman with
    thinning black hair that dangles carelessly over his face.  He has a look in
    his dark brown eyes that is just as blank as some of the mounts that he tends. 
    You recognize him as Empeteleys.  
   He looks about seventeen dimins tall, five and three tenths dimins wide,
    and one and seven twentieths dimins front to back.
