Item Notes
- Enchantments are usually bound to particular item types. (i.e. rings usually carry protective enchantments, wands carry charge enchantments, etc.) Coded items may break this rule.
- Enchantment is not limited to specific kinds of items. All item types (i.e. hauberk/breastplate, longsword/whip) can carry an enchantment. There is even a flower that is enchanted.
- Some items have strange capabilities yet are not necessarily enchanted.
[edit]
Rule Breaking Items
Some items break all rules of normal enchantment. These items are always specially coded and as such, they may have as many enchantments as the Dev desired to code into them. They are not displayed in the tables above. A future table of these items will exist.
[edit]
Charges
Various enchantments have expendable charges of varying amounts.
- Items that hold charges and how they are recharged:
- Wands: Recharged by Wandslingers or batteries.
- Pibrits: Recharge on their own.
- Matrices: Must be actively charged by skill.
[edit]
Drain
Enchantments cost something to use them. Be aware of how costly the enchantment's drain on your character is.
[edit]
Special Enchantments
Some enchantments, such as Flight, do not fall into the normal categorization of most enchantments. These are considered "special" for the purpose of classification.
