Narn is reached by talking to Tominaeus in Sloan, which is a good deal less of an ordeal than the former method, which was to track down a specific faun wandering the Northlands and dancing with them. Alternatively you can get there from Enas in Sanctuary. (Mind the basilisk).
To leave Narn, sit on the boulder.
