The ability to speak and comprehend Nilasnai, a sibilant speech used as a trade language between various of the races which frequent the outer plane of the Exoma; slaadi, imps, chaosborn, kedeth, fomori, and so forth. Its focus on simple sibilants is a concession to ease of use between species which may have widely varying vocal apparatus.
