Activating the rune the rune fyl'thyrzha solidifies and shapes the air around the bearer's Ring of Power into a tangible, if translucent, whip. as with most such weapon constructs, it is of considerable power, and becomes more so with improved control over the rune. The wind whip will dissapate quicky should it cease to be wielded.
