Command: Tell

   General-Use Command
   Usage: tell [<person>[@<host>] [and <person>...]] <message> [to <person> [and
          <person...>]] [in <language>]

Send a message to a specific person or group of people only. The targets can be anywhere in the MUD. The language is optional; if not added, the message is sent in your primary language. The people you are trying to send the message to can be specified either at the beginning of the message or, using 'to <whomever>', at the end of the message, as shown in the examples.

'tell' is an out-of-character communication method (despite its use of language support). It is provided as a convenience for the player, rather than as an in-theme capability of your character.

   Examples: tell Bob Help me with this giant! in Dethek
             tell Bob and Ray Hi there guys!
             tell Hi there guys! to Bob and Ray
