argument: item | wiz name | "here" | "unknown"

Brings up an editor to store a message describing a change or enhancement to the game. The game master or wizard will examine it.

All messages are very welcome, so do not hesitate.

If you are in a room created by a wizard, they will also get a copy of the message in his or her .rep file in /log.
