  • Location: Wandering
  • Occupation: Story Teller
  • Look
Nashik is a short, pot-bellied, furred being, resembling an upright rat.
His fur is a dark, almost shiny black with streaks of grey running through it.
Old and crippled, with eyes that speak of a creature of great intelligence,
this adventurer seems the opposite of one to trifle with. He looks about
fourteen dimins tall, four and seven twentieths dimins wide and one and a
tenth dimins long.
  • Info
Nashik is an instructor and responds to the following verbal commands:
    Availability inquiry: Nashik, what can you tell me of?
    Cost inquiry: Nashik, how much would it cost to hear about <subject>?
    Instruction request: Nashik, tell me about <subject(s)>.

  • Notes

Some skill will not be trained until certain conditions are met

Nashik whines, {Mastery of such subjects is not for beginners.  May I perhaps teach you of simpler tongues first? to you in gutturally-accented Anglic.}
Nashik squeaks, {Such knowledge is not for the uninitiated.  Learn more of such arts elsewhere, then return. at you in gutturally-accented Anglic.}

Only trains if you've read at least 3 books and have some amount of linguistics (less than 35).

Mutters things which may relate to certain world landmarks. Here's a selection of what I've heard;

   Nashik declares, 'Growing from the ocean, a tumor of an island is. Many
   horrors lie there do, beware!'
   Nashik declares, 'Deep under the waters, a city of water breathing dana do
   live!' in abruptly-accented Sperethiel.
   Nashik declares, 'Thond stronghold in there mountains there is!' in
   abruptly-accented Dethek.
   Nashik states, 'Raised high is the tower of shadow. A prison of sorts on
   the base of a volcano.'
