Regularly dropped by the insane gravekeeper in Corna when he is reunited with his other lost garment.

   This pair of boots is constructed of well-used leather, and undoubtedly
has been worn by many pairs of feet.  The material is cracked with age, and
the soles are badly worn.  Blessed with elemental magicks of air, the
simple-looking boots are soft, light, comfortable, and grant swift fluidity of
motion to the wearer.  It is permeated by a dim shimmering radiance.  You
estimate its value at about six hundred seventy-five gold.  
   It is in perfect condition.  
   It is intermediate in size, but looks a little large for you.  It appears
to you as if it was crafted for a human.  It looks about one dimin across, two
and nineteen twentieths dimins long, and a twentieth of a dimin thick.  It
weighs about three fifths of a dekan.
   After a moment, the knowledge that the pair of leather boots of agility is
composed of fifty-six percent leather and forty-four percent dweomer drifts
into your mind like a long-forgotten memory.
