R'leyh, located off the west of the shores of Almeria, is a rocky island that radiates foulness.

It's denizens include:

• Mother Dagon and Father Hydra; Powerful piscean Deep Ones at the bottom of the lagoon.
• Amado Crombey, researching Yog-Sothoth. Wields the artifact Soulshard.
• Abhoth, the chaos entity of oozes and abominations
• Ithnagl, who will train you after you slay a specific amount of his enemy.
• Most notably, the Great Cthulhu, as well as his legion of gogtzul.
