[Usage      :] cast chant
[Effect     :] When chant is cast the cleric enters a state of
                utter peace by focussing on a chant.  As long
                as the chant is continued everyone in the room
                receives certain bonuses.  However, the cleric
                cannot do anything while sie chants, any action
                will end the spell.
